How does the campaign work?

If you have a German-speaking friend who is looking for a new job, why not be rewarded for recommending them to us at Black Pen Recruitment?

For every friend you refer and that we have successfully placed in a job, we will reward you with R2000.00 (Two Thousand South African Rands). Even better, the number of referrals you can make is unlimited – so refer your friends today and start enjoying the rewards.

To find the jobs we have available, you may find them in the list below with links to their job descriptions and requirements. Please make sure that your friend meets the requirements and would be interested in the job opportunity before sending through to us the referral.

Terms and Conditions

To qualify for the refer a German friend campaign; simply refer German-speaking friends of yours to Black Pen Recruitment.

• You may refer to us South African German-speaking candidates and/or foreign German-speaking candidates. The company will take care of the visa process.
• It would be your responsibility to notify us of your referral.  You may do this by filling in the details on the form found below and we will contact you further:

• You are encouraged to email us at with the subject, “refer a friend” and with referrals name, surname and contact details in this regard.

• Black Pen Recruitment will disclose to the referred person the name of the person who referred them for the job opportunity.
• Your referral needs to be new to us. If the referral is already on our database and the recruiters have already spoken to the candidate before, the referral reward fee will not apply.
• Your referral must lead to your friend’s successful placement at one of our Client companies and remain in employment for more than 6 months in order for you to be rewarded with the referral fee of R2000.00 (Two Thousand South African Rands).
• The referral fee will then be paid out to you after 3 months, from the starting date of your friend’s employment.
• Black Pen Recruitment only pays out the referral fee(s) as per invoice.
• By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
